Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon fried until crisp and chopped save 1 tbsp bacon fat.
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp flour
- pepper to taste
- 8 oz cream cheese cut into 8 pieces
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and garlic inbutter and bacon fat about 1 min, add mushrooms and cook til most of liquid is evaporated. Mushrooms should be only slightly cooked. Add flour, pepper, cream cheese, bacon, and rest of ingredients and stir over low heat til cheese is melted. Put in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees til bubbly.20-30 min. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with chopped pieces of baguette bread.
