chicken casserole

This is a very simple casserole to make and doesnt take too long at all. The picture isn't all that wonderful, it was already half way eaten by the time i took a picture, but Ive gotten many complements on this recipe so i hope whoever makes this next you enjoy it as well.

    lb. of chicken breast tenderloin

  • 1

    can string beans

  • 1

    can carrots

  • 1

    can cream of chicken soup

  • ½

    cup of mayo

  • Ritz crackers

  • 1

    cup of Colby & Monterrey cheese

  • about a ½ lb. of pasta of your choice (optional)


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine green beans, carrots, cream of chicken soup, mayo and half of the cheese in a casserole dish. meanwhile, boil the chicken and let it cool. shred the chicken by hand and put in casserole dish. Boil noodles and also add them to the casserole dish. top the casserole with crumbled Ritz crackers for a little crunch and add the remaining cheese. Cook for 20 minutes.
