Ashley's Jalapeno Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 small pkg frozen cream of corn
  • 1 c shredded cheese
  • 4 Tbsp chopped jalapenos
  • 4 Tbsp chopped onions

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 deg.

Prepare frozen cream of corn according to package directions.

Stir in all other ingredients.

Grease a small cast iron skillet.

Bake at 400 deg for 30 min.
