Ingredients
- 6-8 lb. boneless pork butt
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T salt
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t chili powder
- 1 t pepper
- 1 t oregano
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t cayenne
- juice of 2 limes
- juice of 2 oranges
- 12 oz. coke
- 1/2 C salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Place pork in crockpot; top with garlic, seasonings, add liquids.
Cover and cook 6-8 hours on LOW. Remove, shred, spread in even layer in baking pan. Add some juice from pot. Bake 5-10 min. Stir. Bake again.
