Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients

• 1 C butter
• 2 C brown sugar
• 1/2 C corn syrup
• 1 t. salt
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1 t vanilla
• popped corn

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan melt butter. Stir in brown sugar corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda. Pour over popcorn and stir well.
