  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. sour cream
  • 1 T. Creole mustard
  • 2 T. shallots, finely chopped
  • 3-4 T. buttermilk
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 t. fresh ground pepper



Step 1

In a small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, mustard, shallot, 3 T. buttermilk, and salt and pepper. Whisk thoroughly. Stir in additional buttermilk as needed to achieve desired consistency.
