Mexican Spice Rub

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons cumin
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 1 tablespoon coriander
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional; depending how hot you want it)

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl or cup, combine all ingredients; rub into meat and marinate for not more than 2 hours at room temperature.
