Ingredients
- 8 bacon slices, diced
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 14 oz. can artichoke hears, drained and chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 300 g. imitation crab
- 1/4 tsp. worcestershire
- milk if necessary
Preparation
Step 1
Saute bacon, onion and garlic in frying pan until bacon is done and onion is soft. Add chopped artichokes; saute for one minute more.
Beat cream cheese and sour cream in bowl until smooth. Add bacon mixture; stir.
Mix in spinach, crab and worcestershire. Thin with milk if necessary.
Serve with sliced baguette, crackers or tortilla chips.
