Curry Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2-2 1/2 lbs. chicken legs
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. curry powder (1 tsp.)
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 - 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Sautee onion and garlic in margarine. Remove veggies and set aside. Brown chicken 15 minutes. Meanwhile mix flour, salt, curry powder and blend in lemon juice and water until smooth. Add tomato mixture to remaining fat is thickened. Return chicken and veggies to pan until chicken is for tender.
