Ingredients
- Mix first 4 ingredients; set aside. Sift together:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Add next 4 ingredients; mix well
- 1 c. water
- 1 T. vinegar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Pour chocolate mixture in greased 9x13 pan; pour cream cheese mixture over top and swirl with knife. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
