Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. bag frozen corn kernels
  • 3 tbs. oil
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, cut in half & sliced
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook corn on stove as directed & drain well. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add peppers & onion and Saute' 12 minutes or until lightly browned & tender. Stir in garlic & cook until fragrant. Stir in corn, salt & pepper & heat through. Serve
