BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 4-5 lb. bone-in pork butt
- 2 bottles price chopper barbeque sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1
Combine dry mustard, salt and pepper. Rub on roast. Place pork butt in crockpot. Pour 1 bottle of Price Chopper barbeque sauce over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6-7 hours. Cook until meat is so tender it is falling off the bone. Remove meat from crockpot and place in a large baking dish. Shred meat with 2 forks, carefully removing any bone and fat. Remove all but 1 cup of liquid from crockpot. Place meat in crockpot, pour second bottle of barbeque sauce over meat and reheat. Serves 6-8.
Serve on Kaiser Rolls, add baked beans and a salad.
