Ingredients
- 2/3 c white chocolate chips
- 2/3 c milk chocolate chips
- 2 1/4 c heavy cream
- 15 graham crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Melt white chocolate and 2 T cream in 1 pan. Melt chocolate chips and 2 T cream in another. Whisk in 1 c cream in each mixture. Refrigerate. Line 8” pan with foil. Beat each chocolate mixture until soft peaks. Do white 1st and don’t wash bowl. Arrange crackers in pan (sand if necessary) White, GC, chocolate, GC, white, GC, chocolate, GC, white, GC. Cover with plastic wrap. Combine chocolate mixture and refrigerate. Uncover cake and turn on serving plate. Ice with leftover chocolate mixture. Garnish as desired.
