1 can corn -- drained OR FROZEN CORN - Small bag
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 tbsp canned jalapeno peppers -- or to taste
Drain corn. Add cream cheese and jalapeno's. Heat in microwave or on top of stove to low heat. This very simple
vegetable dish is fast and tastes oh so good at a potluck. Can be doubled or tripled easily.
Enjoy!
