Ingredients
- 1 C. Land O Lakes butter softened*
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tea. vanilla
- 2 ½ C. all-purpose flour
- 1 tea. baking soda
- ½ tea. salt
- 1 (8 ounce) package milk chocolate toffee bits
- ● Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- ● Combine butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in large mixer bowl.
- ● Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
- ● Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking soda and salt.
- ● Beat until well mixed.
- ● Stir in toffee bits by hand.
- ● Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- ● Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- ● Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
