Lemon-Basil Pesto

  • 2 c (80g) loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/4 c pine nuts
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice



Step 1

Combine basil, garlic and pine nuts, salt in food processor. Mix until smooth. Add oil and lemon juice, process until smooth.
