Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
- 2 Tbls extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 ts. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbl chopped rosemary
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Toss Brussels Sprouts with oil,rosemary, salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet and roast. Turn once or twice. Cook 30-35 minutes. 10 minutes before finished add the pine nuts. Toss with cheese before serving
