  • For the crust:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 stick butter-melted
  • For the mixture:
  • 6-7 sweet potatoes, peeled, boiled, and mashed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick of melted butter


Preparation time 30mins

Step 1

Combine the ingredients for the crust and set aside.

Preheat oven 350*Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, vanilla, eggs, and butter.

Pour in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle crust on top.

Bake for 30 minutes. Allow set for 30 minutes before serving.
