CARAMEL CHEESECAKE BARS

  • 1 1/2 c crushed Nilla Wafers
  • 1/4 c melted butter
  • 3 T flour
  • 4 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1 c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c sour cream
  • caramel topping

Preparation

Step 1

Line 13x9 pan with foil—create handle with foil on long side of pan. Mix water crumbs & butter. Spead in pan. In mixer, cream cheese & sugar, sour cream, flour & vanilla. Add eggs 1 at a time. Pour over crust. 325, 45 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle with caramel topping and caramel sprinkles or toffee bit topping.
