Ingredients
- 2 t dried rosemary, crushed
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 t pepper
- 1 bone in pork loin roast (abt 5 lbs)
- 1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges,drained
- GLAZE
- 1/2 c orange marmalade
- 6 T orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 2 T honey
- 2 1/4 t ground mustard
- 1 1/2 t ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced

Preparation
Step 1
Combine rosemary, garlic and pepper; rub over roast. Place roast, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 75-90 minutes. Arrange oranges over roast.Combine glaze ingredients; brush over roast. Bake 30 minutes longer until thermometer reads 160-170, brushing often with glaze. Let stand 10 mins before slicing
