  • 12 oz. Raw Cranberries
  • 2 1/2-3 apples
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and core apples (Do not peel). Wash and sort cranberries. Put through food grinder.

4 batches = 2 3/4 quarts

If this seems a little tart, add more sugar before serving. Freezes very well.

*Option- may add 1/2 of an orange (with peel( and delete 1 apple)
