Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 c milk
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes until tender. Drain when done and peel. Whip potatoes while hot with all the above ingredients. Pour into 3 qt casserole. Top with:
½ c flour, ½ c sugar, ¼ c margarine, ½ c chopped walnuts, ½ tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Dot with margarine and bake 375, 35-40 minutes.
