Ingredients
- 1/4 ounce(s) (about 3 heaping teaspoons) lemon balm
- 1/4 ounce(s) (about 3 heaping teaspoons) chamomile
- 1/4 ounce(s) (about 3 heaping teaspoons) passionflower
- 1/4 ounce(s) (about 3 heaping teaspoons) rosebuds or rose petals
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine each of these dried herbs: lemon balm, chamomile, passionflower, and rosebuds or rose petals; mix well. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of the blend into each bag.
