Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1/2 of a red onion sliced
- 1/2 head of red cabbage sliced
- 1 1/2 c cider vinegar
- 2/3 c sugar
- 1 c water
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Let cool about 15 minutes then toss with the slaw. Mix well and chill. To serve dip out slaw with slotted spoon.
