  • 1 lb. chicken, cooked and cut into pieces
  • 3 cans of enchilada sauce
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (8oz) pkgs of mexican cheese
  • 10 flour tortillas

Directions:

In large bowl, combine chicken, one can of enchilada sauce, cream of chicken soup, and one and 1/2 pkgs of cheese. Spray a casserole with non stick spray. Pour one can of enchilada sauce in the dish. Fill each tortilla with protion of mixture and roll up. Line dish with filled tortillas. Pour last can on top and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until bubbly.
