Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons shallot, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in tightly covered container and shake to combine. Refrigerate at least two hours
