Ingredients
- 5 c. instant potatoes (flakes)
- 3 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 2 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
Step 1
First 4 ingredients mix and cool. And then add flour mix and keep cool - roll 1 rounded t to 8 inch in diameter - fry at 375 degrees and cool - keep covered with towel as they are done frying. Do not grease pan.
