Frozen Peach Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. peaches, mashed
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ascorbic acid
  • 1 box sure jell
  • 3/4 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, lemon juice, salt and ascorbic acid let stand 10 minutes. Combine Sure Jell and water and heat until boiling. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Pour Sure Jell mixture into fruit and stir for 3 minutes, NO LESS.

Refrigerate 24 hrs. before freezing.
