Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced celery (in crescents)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 oz sliced mushrooms
- 4 tbsp butter
- Black pepper
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer celery in chicken broth until tender, drain. Saute mushrooms in butter, add almonds. Season with pepper and soya sauce. Add to celery.
