Ingredients
- 1/3 c butter
- 1 1/2 c quick cooking rice
- 1 1/2 c water
- can cream of mushroom
- 10 oz frozen broccoli
- 8 oz jar cheese spread
Preparation
Step 1
Combine water and butter, bring to a boil. Add broccoli and simmer 5 minutes. Add uncooked rice. Cover pan and set aside 5 minutes. Stir in undiluted soup and cheese. Bake 325 for 40 minutes.
