Ingredients
- 1 31/2-4 # boneless chuck roast
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 bay leaf
- 3-4 peppercones
- 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Place meat in crock pot. Combine soy sauce and rest ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low 7 hours.
Removing
Remove roast, reserving broth. Shred roast with a fork.serve in French rolls with broth as dipping.
