  • 1/2 pound boneless,skinless, chicken breast diagonally cut into half-inch thick strips.
  • 1/2 cup salsa or pico de gallo
  • 4 cups tortilla chips finely crushed

Step 1

Dip chicken strips into salsa and then chips , pressing gently to help it adhere

Transfer to foil lined baking sheet and bake it for 25 until chicken is golden brown 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve with pico de gallo and sour cream
