Egg Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • 1 t. flour
  • 2 T. (1/4 stick) of butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 turkey links (optional)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. whipping cream
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/8 t. ground nutmeg
  • veggies (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Pierce pie crust and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside and reduce oven temp to 400. Slice cooked turkey into bite size pieces. Mix all of the ingredients. Top the pie with cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
