Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 cp flour
  • 1 cp sugar
  • 1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cp water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cp veg. oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cp packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cp chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, both pudding mixes, b. powder and salt. In separate bowl combine the water, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir into dry ingred, just until moistened.. Fill paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full.
Combine the topping mixture. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min. Cool 5 min. before removing from muffin tins.
