Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. of each-carrots,
- celery and onion
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can wild rice or 1 c. dry wild rice
- 2 c. cooked ham or chicken
Preparation
Step 1
Sautee veggies in butter till soft. Combine everything in crock pot. Add veggies and rice. Simmer on high 1st hour, turn down on low rest of the day. Double for big crock pot full.
