Ingredients
- 2 - large egg whites
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 generous cup choc chips, mini or regular size
Preparation
Step 1
* Line 2 cookie sheets with foil.
* Preheat oven 325*.
* In small bowl, with electric mixer, beat egg whites til foamy
* Gradually add sugar until meringue is very thick.
* Fold in chips.
* Drop by teaspoons.
* Let stand in OFF oven all night.
Don't forget to say Nighty night when you put them in the oven!
