Meaty Potato Bake (Aunt Marie's recipe)

Ingredients

• 1 # frozen hash browns, thawed
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup melted oleo
• 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 cup cubed ham
• 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
