  • 1 PKG ROMAINE, CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
  • 1 PKG MIXED GREEN/RED CABBAGE FOR SLAW
  • 1 PKG SHREDDED CARROTS
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION, COARSELY CHOPPED
  • 1 PKG DRY RAMEN NOODLES, BROKEN INTO BITE SIZED PIECES
  • 1 CUP SILVERED ALMONDS
  • 1/3 CUP HONEY
  • 1/4 CUP RICE WINE VINEGAR
  • 1/2 CUP LIGHT MAYO
  • 2 TSP DIJON MUSTARD
  • 1 TSP SESAME OIL
  • SEASONING PACKET FROM RAMEN NOODLES

Step 1

SHAKE OR STIR TOGETHER DRESSING INGREDIENTS. PUT CHILLED SALAD INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL; ADD DRESSING AND TOSS LIGHTLY.
