Dried Beef Spread

Ingredients

• 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
• 2 Tb chopped onion
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt
• 3-4 oz chopped dried beef

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together sour cream & cream cheese, add rest of ingredients. Spread in oven proof dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese over the top Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
