Ingredients
- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 12-ounce jar seedless red raspberry jam
- butter flavored crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheese, pecans and onions.
Add mayonnaise and mix
Place in a 4-cup mold and refrigerate until ready to serve
Unmold onto platter
Pour raspberry jam over mold or press an indentation in center of mold and fill to overflowing with jam.
Serve with butter flavored crackers.
