Rhubarb Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix - Duncan Hines
• 4 c. diced rhubarb
• 1 c. white sugar
• 2 c. whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake according to pkg directions and pour into 9x13 greased pan. Mix rhubarb and sugar together and layer over cake batter. Pour whipping cream over rhubarb layer. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
