Ingredients

  • 8 c. slightly salted popcorn
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. nuts (almonds or pecans)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and add corn syrup and sugar. Cook till caramel brown in color after boiling, may be 10 minutes. Pour over popcorn and nuts spread on greased cookie sheets in clusters. Cool.
