Pistachio Dessert

Ingredients

  • st layer:
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • Mix in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 min. at 350. Cool.
  • nd layer:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 box whipped topping, prepared according to pkg
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • Mix and put on cooled crust.

Preparation

Step 1

3rd layer:
2 pkgs. (3 1/2 oz.) pistachio instant pudding
2 c. milk
Beat 2 min. Spread on second layer.
4th layer:
spread 1 c. whipped topping mixture on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate curls.
