  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 tbls Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbls Melted Butter


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 20mins


Step 1

Measure flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into large bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients and beat with a mixer until batter is smooth.

Lightly butter a non stick skillet over medium heat and pour @ 1/4 cup of crepe batter into skillet. Cook until light brown and flip over and cook until done . @ 1 minute.

Serve immediately with sugar, and or jelly. You can also stuff with a seafood mixture and bake.
