Grandma Lee's Peach Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 c. crushed peaches
  • 1 box sure jell
  • 5 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Bring lemon juice, crushed peaches and sure-jell to a boil and cook 1 minute. Add 5 1/2 cups sugar and bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Seal in jars and put paraffin on top.
