Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 pepper, chopped
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 6 oz tomato paste + 1 can water or 6 oz tomato sauce
  • Garlic salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 c ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Saute beef. Add onion and pepper—cook until tender. Mix in tomato paste and water. Stir in garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, vinegar, brown sugar, oregano, salt and papper and ketchup. Heat until thick.
