Easy Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 16 oz. carton cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • Garnish: Italian bread crumbs,paprika and dried parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in 2 quart casserole dish. Garnish with bread crumbs, paprika and parsley. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
