Ingredients
- 1 lb farfalle pasta
- 1 lg lemon
- 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed with press
- 1 pint multicolored grape tomatoes, cut in halves
- 1 medium zucchini, grated
- 1 c frozen peas, thawed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c packed fresh basil leaves, finely chopped, plus leaves for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Heat large saucepot of salted water to boiling. Cook pasta as directed on box. Meanwhile, from the lemon, grate 1 tsp peel, and squeeze 1/4 c juice into large bowl. Whisk in parmasen cheese, mayonnaise, oil, garlic and salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, zucchini, peas, basil, and cooked pasta. Toss well. Can be served warm or chilled.
