Ingredients
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 3- 6 oz. pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Stir milk and sugar together in large pan, let boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly over medium heat. Remove from heat and add other ingredients. Set pan in cold water, stir until cool and thick. Pour into greased 9x13 pan, refrigerate.
Makes 5 lbs.
