Quick Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1/2 c. oleo
• 2 eggs
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 c. butter milk
• 2 c. flour
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1 tsp. bk jod
• 1/4 c. brown sugar
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 c. nuts
• Makes 1 large bread
• pecan or 3 small loaves

Preparation

Step 1

Pour 1/2 of butter in bread pan then 1/2 of topping use remaining butter and topping swirl with knife. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour.
